How we work
We offer an initial conversation for around 15 minutes with no obligations, so we can meet and decide if working together would be beneficial. This initial discussion is free of charge.
If we decide to continue, further sessions are charged at £65. These need to be paid online in advance (if you are unwaged or struggling financially please contact us).
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you are able. Cancellations of less than 24 hours are chargeable.
Insurance - We are insured with Holistic Insurance and you can find out more about them here
Bupa & Vitality - If you are a member of Bupa or Vitality we are an approved provider and you may be entitled to sessions funded through your policy.
