We offer a selection of services for Individuals, Couples, Groups and organisations. We also offer training & workshops, public speaking and bespoke services for individuals or organisations requiring additional levels of discretion & flexibility.
Please note : Out of hours and weekend sessions may be available on request and attract a 20% surcharge.

Online services are provided on Zoom. (If you have an alternative platform you prefer to use this can normally be accommodated if made clear at the time of booking).
We offer therapy rooms and event space for regular sessions and one-off events, and are happy to share more if you’d like to get in touch.
If you have a policy with a health insurer and would expect your therapy costs to be covered by them please book an Initial Free Consultation using the "Get in Touch" form below and include the name of your insurer in the message.
